thevisibledoctor.com is published by WallAI LLC, which also trades as WallAI. Questions go to anas@comms.thevisibledoctor.com. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; terms become binding only in a written agreement signed by both sides.

The scorecard, the ROI calculator and the capacity calculator are structured self assessments and worked examples. They are not measurements of your practice and not forecasts of any outcome, and they are only as good as the figures you type into them. Their benchmark defaults are labelled as benchmarks on the page that uses them.

Every sample clip on this site is a demonstration built with a stock presenter. None of them is a client, a patient or a testimonial, and each is labelled as a demonstration where it appears.

The service is billed monthly with no fixed term. Either side may end it at the end of any month. The one time session is billed once and is not repeated.

When the service ends you keep the clone files, the published library, your site and your list. The only thing that stops is the next calendar.

Reach doubled in 90 days, or we work for free. This section is the whole of that promise. Where anything on the site summarises it, this text governs.

What reach means. Reach means the total views or impressions reported by your own connected accounts, on the channels named in your agreement, over a rolling 28 day window, excluding anything shown through paid promotion. It is not followers, engagement, website traffic, bookings or patient volume.

Your baseline. Your baseline is set at onboarding, before anything is published, from screenshots of each platform's own insights. It is the average of the two full 28 day windows immediately before your first post. It is not the estimate you give in the application.

When it is measured. Reach is measured over the 28 day window ending 90 days after your first published post, using the same platform insights and the same channels as the baseline.

If it has not doubled. If that figure is less than double your baseline, we keep producing and publishing and charge no monthly fee until it is. The one time session is a delivered asset and is not refunded.

How long the free work lasts. The free period runs until reach reaches double your baseline, or for 90 further days, whichever comes first.

What voids it. The guarantee does not apply if any of the following happens during the measurement period:

• An account named in the agreement is disconnected, or our access to it is removed.
• You pause the calendar.
• A platform restricts, suspends or penalises an account for reasons outside the content we publish.

It is a promise about reach on your own accounts. It is not a promise about bookings, patient numbers, revenue or clinical outcomes.

Every script is approved by you before it is published. You are filmed once and the clone produces from that session for as long as the fee is paid. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you approve and for compliance with the rules that apply to your profession and your jurisdiction. We provide guidance, not legal advice.

Nothing in the service may carry patient information, and we will never ask you for any.

Prices shown on the pricing page are the prices. Founding pricing is held for the first ten practices and is shown next to the standard price that applies afterwards, together with the date the number of places left was last checked. A price agreed with you does not change for the duration of your engagement.

Apart from the reach guarantee above, we do not promise rankings, patient counts, follower counts or revenue. You do not promise us exclusivity. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it in the preceding three months.
