Where do patients actually find you?

Eight questions, about two minutes, no email to see the result. The bar is the practice that posts daily, so the score is honest about the gap.

What is missing

  • You publish about 1 a month. The benchmark is daily. The clone yields 25 posts and 12 Reels a month from one session.
  • You have no list. The only audience that survives an algorithm change is the one you can email.
  • 70% of your new patients come through referrers. Someone else controls your volume.

Patient acquisition agencies charge $1,500 to $5,000 a month plus $1,000 to $3,000 in ad spend, and the leads stop when you do. Production crews shoot once, sell a month, and come back next month for another shoot.

The content system is $900 a month for one provider, from one session you never repeat. What you build stays yours.

Where to start, in order

  1. 01Start a list you can contact directlyLow effort

It is the only audience that survives an algorithm change, and it is the one that books.

Market: Email agencies charge $500 to $2,000 a month. With us: Included in the $900 a month system.

  2. 02Answer the questions you get asked in the roomLow effort

The questions patients ask you in person are the ones they type into a search bar first. The bar is daily.

Market: Content teams charge $1,000 to $8,000 a month, priced by headcount. With us: 25 posts a month from one session, included.

  3. 03Build review volume deliberatelyLow effort

Below about a hundred reviews, a single unhappy patient moves your average visibly. The bar is 300.

Market: Reputation tools charge $200 to $500 a month. With us: A post in every calendar asks for it.

Save the result and get the three fixes by email

A structured self-assessment, not a measurement of your practice. It is only as good as the answers.

How the score is built.

Four sub-scores, each from 0 to 100, weighted: search 30%, social proof 25%, content 20%, owned audience 25%. Owned audience is weighted highest because it is the only one you keep when a platform changes its mind.

The benchmark for every sub-score is the practice that publishes daily (30 posts a month, 30 of them video), ranks on page one for specialty plus city, holds about 300 reviews at 4.9, owns its site and a list it can email, and gets a stage or a podcast each quarter. Almost nobody meets it. That is the point: the practice down the road that starts posting daily is the one that will pass you, and the score shows what that would take before it happens.

  • Invisible

Below 25. Someone looking for your specialty in your city will not find you. Every patient arrives through someone else's decision.

  • Findable

25 to 49. You exist online but you are one of several options. The gap is authority and cadence, not presence.

  • Behind the ones who post

50 to 81. Competitive on the things that took years, behind on the thing that takes one session and a clone.

  • Ahead, for now

82 and up. Ahead because the others are not posting yet. The day one of them starts daily, this score drops.

The nine fixes, and what each costs done for you.

The scorecard ranks the three that move your score most against the effort. All nine are here, with the market price of having someone else do it. Inside the system, most of them are the same $900 a month.

  • Own a site you control

A directory profile can be changed or removed without your say.

    Agencies quote $5,000 to $25,000
  • Start a list you can email

The only audience that survives an algorithm change.
